How ZESTminars was conceived…
My STORY
JENNY LOKE! STOP PLAYING AND GET BACK TO CLASS NOW!
Those were the words shouted by my primary school teacher that I will always remember. Being a rebel, I played anyway – even if I got punished. The desire to express joy would not be stopped as I grew older! Eventually, I became an experienced energy coach trained in North America and Asia in the movement arts and personal development. During this time, I also took early childhood certification training, which further encouraged me to learn and express myself through play.
It wasn’t until I was an adult playing with preschoolers at the playground that I was reminded of the motivational power and joy of youthful enthusiasm. Even energy coaches forget about being a child!
From this experience, I realized that adults need a break from grown up responsibilities to rekindle THE JOY of being a child back at the playground to prevent their youthful hopes and dreams from being un-lived. And that’s when ZESTminars was born!
ZESTminars
